Peer review is good. We all should have learn a great deal from this. When I did my rough draft I was told that the introduction was long. I appreciate the comment. I knew it was long, but that was a story I needed to tell. Now for the real paper. My classmate and Professor have been very helpful.
This experience is very great for me. I have recover a great deal of information on the subject Alzheimer's Disease.
My AH HA moment was to find out how much nutrition play a part in the condition of human being. It is ashamed that MSG is being put into the food we eat just to make it taste good but in all reality it is killing us slowly. We also wounder why there is so much Obesity in this country because additive is put in the food to fool the brain in thinking we are hungry.
What I found shocking is how chicken is being process. Even if they are sick with cancer or other diseases we still may end up eating them in some form mostly processed foods.
